Our Story

Where fitness meets purpose, and transformation becomes a lifestyle

Elunar Method Studio

How It All Started

Look, I'm not gonna sugarcoat it - back in 2018, I was burnt out. Typical corporate job, living for the weekends, and my body was paying the price. That's when I realized something had to change.

I'd been teaching yoga on the side for years, but it wasn't until I combined it with proper strength training and nutrition that everything clicked. My clients started seeing the same results - not just physically, but mentally too. They were sleeping better, handling stress like pros, and actually enjoying their workouts.

So I took the leap. Left the suit-and-tie life behind and opened Elunar Method Odyssey right here in Vancouver. The name? It's a reminder that fitness isn't a destination - it's an ongoing journey, and every single day is part of that adventure.

What We're Really About

We're not here to sell you quick fixes or magical transformations. We're here to help you build something sustainable - a version of yourself that's stronger, more balanced, and ready for whatever life throws your way.

Holistic Approach

Your body and mind aren't separate entities - they're a team. We train them together because that's how real change happens. No body-shaming, no guilt trips, just honest guidance.

Community Driven

Yeah, we've got individual training, but there's something special about sweating alongside people who get it. Our members become friends, accountability partners, and sometimes drinking buddies.

Sustainable Progress

Forget the 30-day challenges and crash diets. We're building habits that'll stick around longer than your New Year's resolutions. Small wins add up to massive transformations.
